Basic includes core modules (CMMS, Room Booking, Inventory) and essential building blocks. Pro unlocks all modules (Equipment Loans, Transport Fleet, Purchase Orders) plus advanced building blocks like Workflow Engine, Alert Rules, and API access. Pro also includes unlimited assets and locations.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When you upgrade, we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your data and settings carry over seamlessly.
How does the base fee + per-user pricing work?
Each plan includes a base monthly fee with a set number of users included. Basic includes 3 users, Pro includes 10 users. Need more? Simply add users at a predictable per-user rate ($12/user for Basic, $10/user for Pro).
What happens if I need to add more users?
Simply add users from your admin dashboard. Additional users beyond your included amount are billed at your plan's per-user rate, prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
